We have been working hard to improve the efficiency of our warehouse operations and are pleased to advise that our current dispatch time is just 2-3 working days. Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, your order will typically arrive the following business day.
Your order will be carefully picked and packed by the Ditto team in our UK warehouse and delivered by Halo Fulfilment via Amazon courier.
Please be advised that we no longer ship internationally.
Returns
- If you change your mind about your purchase you are welcome to return the item(s) to us for a refund provided they are in unused and saleable condition. We do not accept exchanges.
- You must notify us by email (stating the reason for the return and your order number) and send your item(s) back to us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please email help@itsditto.co.uk
- You must return any free gifts that your order would no longer qualify for.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service to return your items. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive, or that reach us in damaged condition.
- The original postage paid is not reimbursed for returned orders, except on the rare occasion that a faulty item has been received.
- In the unlikely event that you have received a defective item, please contact us help@itsditto.co.uk with details of the issue and a photograph of the fault along with your order number. For faulty goods returned within 30 days we will refund any postage costs upon request.

- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, we will be happy to resend it to you. However, it will be necessary for us to charge for re- shipping.
