All the fragrances we offer are Parfums, which represent the most concentrated form of scent.
Are your products both Vegan Friendly and Cruelty Free?
Absolutely! We utilize Vegan Friendly Fragrance Oils, and our products are cruelty-free. We stand firmly by this principle.
Can I spray them on my clothes?
Given the high oil content in our fragrances to ensure longevity, we advise caution when spraying on clothing. This recommendation applies to all perfumes, not just ours from ItsDitto. Always spray at your discretion.
How should I store the fragrances?
For optimal preservation, keep fragrances away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Not doing so might compromise the product's quality.
Can I modify or cancel my order post-placement?
Regrettably, our shipping process is automated, preventing us from altering or cancelling orders once confirmed.
What's the shipping duration?
Orders made before 8AM from Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, with an expected delivery within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays). For Highlands and Islands, an additional day might be required. Orders made post 8AM on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched the subsequent Monday (excluding public holidays).
When can I expect my order?
Typically, UK deliveries take 2-3 business days. However, during promotional events, Black Friday, and the festive season, slight delays might occur. For international orders, refer to your email confirmation for delivery estimates.
Where's my package?
Your dispatch confirmation email contains a tracking link (check spam/junk folders if not found in the main inbox).
Received a damaged order?
Document the damage by taking photos of the external packaging and the damaged items, ensuring product numbers are visible. Forward these to our Customer Service at help@itsditto.co.uk . Retain the items and packaging until our investigation concludes. Report damages within a week of receiving the order.
Received the wrong order?
Cross-check your received items with your order confirmation. If discrepancies are found, email help@itsditto.co.uk with photos of the received items and the packing slip. Report such errors within a week of receipt.
My package shows as delivered, but I haven't received it. What do I do?
No worries! Email us at help@itsditto.co.uk with your order details. We're here to assist between 9am and 5pm.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days. We expect only minimal use (a spray or two) for testing before returning. Products purchased as bundles must be returned as such. For returns involving Home Reed/Car Diffusers, ensure the closure cap is included. Contact our Customer Service at help@itsditto.co.uk for more information.
Where's my refund or exchange?
If you've returned a product, verify its receipt using your return tracking. Typically, returns are processed within a week of receipt. We aren't liable for returns lost during transit.
Can I combine promotional codes?
No, promotional or discount codes cannot be combined. Also, only one free gift is provided for purchases over £75.
